The five that matter most

  • TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. is your counterparty. It is named before you buy, not afterwards.
  • Each order stands alone. Nothing recurs and no card is retained.
  • 60 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • Texts are optional and are not a condition of any purchase.
  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website twomarkuplabs.com and all products offered by TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. (EIN 46-3951742), operating under the brand name TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreeing to this

Browsing the site, buying from it, or asking for our text or email messages all count as accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use the site, and nothing is owed either way.

2. Minimum age

Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

3. Supplement status and limits

Group Range is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies; there is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to end the programme.
  • Reply HELP to any message to get help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sending something back

The return window is 60 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at support@twomarkuplabs.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

7. What we are and are not answerable for

TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Florida. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. The contracting entity, carriers and withdrawals

  • TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. is the seller and your counterparty for everything bought at twomarkuplabs.com. It takes the order, charges the card, ships the goods and answers for them.
  • The name appearing on your card statement is that of the contracting entity, so it can be checked against these terms.
  • Carriers deliver as contractors of TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. and are not your counterparty. A parcel lost or damaged in transit remains our obligation; we replace or refund and pursue the carrier ourselves.
  • TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. is the controller of the personal information described in the Privacy policy, and a data request is decided here rather than referred elsewhere.
  • If a withdrawal is necessary, TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. works from the order record to reach every recipient, refunds in full, and does not hold the refund pending a return.
  • Rights conferred on you by your own state's law remain intact. Should they differ, the provision better for you controls.
